UWE's Commissioner, Princess Brittani had her ups and downs in 2011. At one point her group owned all of the major championships in the company and her front man, Jon Cross, had become a record setting 3 time UWE Champion.
As the year continued the self-proclaimed Princess was troubled by Brandon Walker capturing the US Championship, Fuel confronting Jon Cross and Blue Thunder embarrassing her with a pie to the face!
Walker would go on to win freedom from his Commission contract by defeating Ray Martinez, a defeat which actually drove Martinez out of UWE indefinately!
A man down, Brittani tried to focus on maintaining Jon Cross as the UWE Champion but Blue Thunder's pie to the face incident caused her to swerve her attention to the masked trouble maker.
At UWE's biggest event of the year, Showdown, The Princess faced Blue Thunder in a one on one match, (which she lost) however, being commissioner has its advantages as Brittani would reverse the decision and catch Blue Thunder off guard giving herself the victory. After the match, Brittani fired Thunder, putting an end to that problem. Sadly for her Commission that would be their only Showdown highlight as Jon Cross would lose his Championship to Fuel in the main event.
As we approach 2012, it at first appeared The Princess was losing control...until she unveiled her new project...The New Commission. Brittani's Commission appeared at the UWE Ring War event in full force with new members Daemon Storm and Justin Dynamic joining the returning Commission members Kyle Everlast and Robbie Awesome. Brittani may finally be returning to her full power even without a single UWE Championship in her possession. UWE's next event will be the much anticipated Superclash, January 14, the first show of the new year in Tahlequah. If her newly strengthened Commission is only the first step, what else can Brittani have in store for 2012?
